When he moved to the Algarve 15 years ago, his dream was to see his son taking over his Ristorante Grissino soon. Yet Andrea took his time to study the art of preparing food before he continued the family tradition. Andrea enjoyed an excellent professional training with some of the best Michelin Star Chefs of Italy.
